China and the US Dollar

China has been and continues to be “asked” to help pay for the debt incurred by the United States. Since China and United States do so much business, China has given a lot of their money to the United States only to see later that the US government, with it’s current policies, is headed towards inflation. Thus the US dollar because less worthy and the Chinese end up losing big because of the debt they paid to the US. The current Chinese government is not stupid. However I’d say they made a mistake for loaning the money to the US without first seeing how the new government under Obama is doing.

Just a thought.

Jimmy Carter Says, Wilson comments 'based on racism

Jimmy Carter said Tuesday that U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson's outburst to President Barack Obama during a speech to Congress last week was an act "based on racism" and rooted in fears of a black president. Typical Carter - a ignorant statement, based on zero evidence - he just "feels" in his heart that Joe Wilson is racist. A comment from the second worst president (in my long lifetime), in regards to the worst president.
Most criticism of 0bama is based on fear of an incompetent president. Funnily enough, Carter and 0bama are almost brothers in that respect. But we can always count on Jimmah to choose the stupid alternative.

Obama just extended by six months a review of some 240 terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - now just halfway finished - putting in jeopardy his campaign promise to close the U.S. military detention facility by January. The Department of Justice and Department of Defense announced that the Detention Policy Task Force will not submit its report for another six months .

Will someone please tell me how do you release a review of how dangerous the remaining prisoners are and then close the facility in just a few days? Man, that would take a tremendous number of lies and bribes to foreign states to take these dangerous terrorists. By then 0bama should be running short of lies and he's already run short of money.
But, but, but I thought we needed to close Gitmo immediately to show the rest of the world that we're their friends now and it's okay to like us again.

Obama is as clueless as any man has ever been in this government. The only people more clueless than he is are those freekin' Morons who voted for him!

Why close Gitmo!It has worked all these years. The prisoners are living better than they have at home.We have made some mistakes and apologized for them.Why do we have to keep spending money that we do not have!! Why not change the name of Gitmo to Kenya?

Obama’s Cairo speech

Obama isn't naive. He knows exactly what he is doing. We have to stop deluding ourselves. He, and his handlers, are evil and must be addressed accordingly. Unless and until we come to terms with this, there is NO hope. You can't win a fight with the devil!
When you try to be all things to all people, you end up being nothing to anyone except a danger to those you have a duty to defend, and America’s allies and interests abroad.
This isn’t about destroying the Moslem people. It’s about destroying Islamofascism and the regimes who aid and abet it, as well as protecting our people from mass murder.
Obama has proven over the course of his life that at best he is naive and a terrible judge of character ie:
Rev. Wright, Ayers, Blago, etc.... at worst he shares the radical views of those that wish us harm. Iran with nuke material should be a very scary prospect. Besides, what exactly is he apologizing for? America has liberated people across the globe and whether Liberals like it or not much of the hatred comes from countries that hate the concept of freedom, individual rights and capitalism. For Obama to make this speech on foreign soil is TREASON!

The whole Rush Limbaugh, Dick Cheney, Newt Gingrich, Colin Powell Thing

What's with all this talk and trashing of Rush Limbaugh.. I think that he has been one of the most knowledgeable and articulate conservative spokesmen for the Conservative party of our time.
As is Newt Gingrich, it is too bad that he was demonized out of active political life. He would have made an excellent choice for President.
As for Colin Powell, I think it's a race/brotherhood thing with him. He is a very good bureaucrat but a lousy politician. We want to give him more qualities than he has because he is basically a good man. But, in the end, he's going to see that Obama is the wrong horse. He might do much better to listen to Rush Limbaugh once in a while. People know a turncoat when they see one and Powell certainly is one. He talked a good game for a while, but when it was time to show his true colors, they were not red, white and blue. As they say, A mind is terrible thing to waste.

What I love about Dick Cheney, is that he calls em as he see's em. And he's not afraid to say what's on his mind.

In my book, voting for a Democrat for President and trying to ingratiate yourself with the mainstream media by savaging the conservative movement don't fly.

Powell has crossed both those lines and while he's welcome to vote Republican, I don't give a d*mn what he thinks about politics.

Why is this moron injecting himself into EVERYTHING?

On 60 Minute's, Obama said: I think that as a general proposition, you don’t want to be passing laws that are just targeting a handful of individuals. You want to pass laws that have some broad applicability. And, as a general proposition, you don’t want to use the tax code to punish people. I think that you’ve got a pretty egregious situation here that people are understandably upset about. So, let’s see if there are ways of doing this that are both legal, that are constitutional, that uphold our basic principles of fairness, but don’t hamper us from getting the banking system back on track.

Now at first glance, that might seem to be a thoughtful answer. However, when you delve down into it, what you find is that is like many of Barack Obama’s comments, it’s utterly divorced from what he intends to do, while giving people on both sides of the case the impression that he agrees with them.

What in the world is wrong with this guy?

This is why experience matters, particularly executive experience, and it’s a big part of the reason why Barack Obama has done such a piss-poor job so far. An experienced socialist would only appear to be less obviously destroying the American economy with his clueless run away deficit spending.George Bush wasn’t the great president by any means but at least he scared the hell out of our enemies and kept us safe.

A funny thing happened on the way to sainthood. After Obama had won the primary nomination he started to do things that were contrary to what he had been preaching for nearly 2 years.The kooks on the left who supported him were beginning to get a little worried but they continued to support him because they knew he was only moving to the middle in order to get elected, or so they thought. Though it is true that liberals always pretend to be moderates in order to get elected (they cannot get elected adhering to their far left philosophy), Obama seems not to have returned to his far left roots, at least when it comes to his selections and his “so much in a hurry” executive orders.
What did you expect? His first public act was to turn the terrorist loose. Closing Guantanamo, not helping the poor, and not repairing the economy. I don't think that's the first thing you do as a new president. You should look out for the people who put their faith in you. That you would make positive changes and help the people not feel like their country is going down the tubes. But not if you’re the Messiah!

What was his “plan” for getting us out of this economic mess? Putting us deeper in debt and expanding government. Just print up more money! Yeah that's the answer, and in a year it will be a valuable as Cambodian money.
And why is Obama appointing crooks and tax cheats to his cabinet? Obama said that he has confidence in Tom Daschle and that he is the right person to lead the fight for health care reform. And that he stands behind him. Why? Do you mean to tell me that he is the only person that he could nominate? And now that he is aware of his tax cheating, why still stand behaind him? It's against the law to cheat on taxes, so we have a law breaker in office? I can't believe it! It sounds like the fox is guarding the hen house. Does Obama even have a clue?
This is just one example of how ignorant the people we have that are running things. Is Tony Rezko going to be nominated next?
It’s starting to there are finally some of the devoted Obamamania voters who are finally seeing that he isn't the Messiah after all? And since he hasn't walked on water or healed the sick or raised the dead since he's been in office for less than 2 weeks, now all of a sudden they are dissatisfied with him? So why should I support him?
The Lib’s and the Blacks put him into office because they were more interested in making “History” than getting the best President for America. And now we all have to deal with the consequences. I think that Geraldine Ferraro was right, if Obama wasn't Black, he would never had been nominated, and if Obama was a white man, he would not be in the position to even be considered for nomination.
This was only to be expected. He was elected by losers who hoped that he would lead them to fabulous wealth and success strictly by his promise of “Hope and “Change” well that just isn’t gonna happen. Support Obama.
